Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs with salt and pepper. Scramble in a separate skillet over medium-low heat until fluffy.
