- 4 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
- ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
