  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
