  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Zest of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and juice the fresh limes until you have about half a cup of juice. Zest one lime using a microplane grater.
  2. In a blender, combine lime juice, coconut milk, honey (or sweetener), and lime zest. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired and blend again briefly.
  4. Add ice cubes to the blender and blend until ice is crushed and incorporated.
