Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:

- Prepare the Streusel Topping:
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in the melted butter and mix until crumbly. Set aside.
- Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl:
- In a separate small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together. Set aside.
- Mix the Cake Batter:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
