  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup broccoli or spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onions until translucent. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles with the beef mixture. Stir in sour cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese.
