- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli or spinach, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onions until translucent. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles with the beef mixture. Stir in sour cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, top with remaining cheese and optional veggies.
