Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; sear until golden brown on both sides (6-7 minutes each).
- Remove the chicken and sauté onions and garlic in the same pan until translucent.
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits; stir in cream cheese until melted. Mix in sour cream.
- Return chicken to the skillet; simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.
