- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat each breast in olive oil, then dredge in a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Add lemon juice and chicken broth; simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle the garlic sauce over the baked chicken and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
