  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat each breast in olive oil, then dredge in a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
