  • 1 cup lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk, warmed
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste)

Instructions

  2. Boil salted water and cook elbow macaroni until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain.
