  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 2 cups (200g) chocolate chip cookies, crushed
  • 3 drops blue food coloring
  • 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (240g) sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract; mix until soft peaks form.
  4. Incorporate blue food coloring until the desired shade is achieved. Gently fold in crushed cookies.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 50 minutes, or until slightly jiggly in the center.
