Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, sauté sliced bell peppers and minced garlic for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
