Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- While cooling, prepare frosting by mixing powdered sugar with food coloring.
- Once cooled, decorate cookies with frosting and optional edible glitter.
