Description

Easter Bunny Coconut Tails are delightful bite-sized treats combining tropical coconut and rich chocolate, making them the perfect addition to your festive celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • ½ tsp almond extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and optional almond extract until blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into bunny tail forms and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown; allow to cool slightly.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in intervals in the microwave until smooth.
  6. Dip each cooled tail halfway into melted chocolate and dust with powdered sugar before placing them on parchment paper to set.
