  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add sun-dried tomatoes and stir briefly.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring well to combine. Let simmer gently.
  4. Add fresh spinach; stir until wilted (about 2 minutes). Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over each piece, and simmer for another 5 minutes for flavors to meld.
