- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place beef chunks in the bottom of the crockpot and layer with chopped onions and minced garlic.
- Top with sliced mushrooms.
- Pour in beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme; stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for about 4 hours until beef is tender.
- If desired, mix sour cream with flour before stirring into the crockpot about 30 minutes before serving.
