Description

One Pot Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, rich dish that turns weeknight dinners into a comforting delight, all made in a single pot for effortless cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken breasts, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the pot to deglaze.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Add fettuccine, ensuring it's submerged in the sauce. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Fold in parsley if desired.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if preferred.
