- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups assorted vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions) – optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry.
- Rub olive oil all over the chicken; season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Stuff the cavity with lemon halves and minced garlic.
