- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 oz taco seasoning packet
- 6 individual bags of corn chips (1 oz each)
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef and stir until evenly coated.
- Open bags of corn chips and fill each with a solid base of chips.
- Spoon seasoned beef into each chip bag generously.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, and cilantro as desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the fun!
