Description

Walking Tacos are a crowd-pleaser, combining seasoned beef, fresh veggies, and crunchy corn chips for a fun, customizable meal served right in a bag!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 oz taco seasoning packet
  • 6 individual bags of corn chips (1 oz each)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef and stir until evenly coated.
  3. Open bags of corn chips and fill each with a solid base of chips.
  4. Spoon seasoned beef into each chip bag generously.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, and cilantro as desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the fun!
