  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients: slice beef against the grain and chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook ramen noodles as per package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced beef until browned (about 3-4 minutes) and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant (30 seconds). Add broccoli florets and stir-fry until bright green.
  5. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch mixture, and water in a bowl; pour over broccoli.
  6. Return beef to the skillet with drained ramen noodles; toss gently for about 2 minutes until well coated.
