Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh garlic
  • Lemon juice

  • Bell peppers
  • Kalamata olives
  • Feta cheese
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a large baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for 15-20 minutes while preparing the veggies.
