- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- Powdered sugar (for topping)
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, instant coffee granules, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly moist.
- While baking, mix mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and a splash of milk until creamy. Once brownies are cool, spread this topping over them and dust with cocoa powder.
