Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or sauté until cooked through (6-8 minutes per side). Let rest, then shred.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- On one half of each tortilla, spread BBQ chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese and red onion.
