- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- 2 tbsp cornstarch (optional for extra crispiness)

- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture for at least 15 minutes. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Add tofu cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
