- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 cups alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook jumbo pasta shells in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add diced chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and no longer pink (6-8 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken with half of the alfredo sauce. Generously stuff each pasta shell with the mixture.
- Spread remaining alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place filled shells inside and top with any leftover sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
