  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup canned refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On two large baking sheets, lay out the tortillas.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; mix in taco seasoning.
  4. Spread refried beans evenly over each tortilla.
  5. Layer seasoned ground beef and half the shredded cheese on top of the beans. Add jalapeños if desired.
