Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, orange zest, and juice until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour batter into liners until two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
