  • 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the sliced ribeye steak and Italian seasoning; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until browned but juicy.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in the provolone cheese until slightly melted.
  5. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle (about 12×16 inches).
  6. Spoon the filling onto one side of the dough, leaving an inch at the edges for sealing.
  7. Fold over the empty side of dough onto the filling and pinch edges to seal. Brush with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
