Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil; cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions until tender yet firm. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add mixed vegetables and cook until slightly softened.

  4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
