Description

  • 5 cups water (1 cup hot for steeping, 4 cups cold)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot. Remove from heat and add lavender. Steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Juice the lemons to yield about 1 cup; strain to remove seeds and pulp.
  3. In a pitcher, mix 1 cup sugar with 4 cups cold water until dissolved.
  4. Strain lavender infusion into the pitcher, add lemon juice, and mix well.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices or lavender sprigs if desired.
