Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot. Remove from heat and add lavender. Steep for 15 minutes.
- Juice the lemons to yield about 1 cup; strain to remove seeds and pulp.
- In a pitcher, mix 1 cup sugar with 4 cups cold water until dissolved.
- Strain lavender infusion into the pitcher, add lemon juice, and mix well.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices or lavender sprigs if desired.
