- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry mixed greens thoroughly.
- Thinly slice the red onion.
- Peel and segment the mandarin oranges.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, orange segments, and red onion.
- Sprinkle toasted almonds and feta cheese over the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar; drizzle over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine; let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
