Description

A vibrant, tropical delight bursting with juicy mangoes and fresh herbs, perfect for summer gatherings or cozy dinners. Refreshing, colorful, and incredibly easy to make!


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 red onion
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the mangoes, then cut them into cubes.
  2. Dice the red bell pepper and finely chop the cilantro and red onion.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mango cubes, bell pepper, cilantro, and onion.
  4. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and add salt and pepper.
  5. Gently toss all ingredients until well mixed. Serve immediately.
