Instructions
- Wash and peel the mangoes, then cut them into cubes.
- Dice the red bell pepper and finely chop the cilantro and red onion.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mango cubes, bell pepper, cilantro, and onion.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and add salt and pepper.
- Gently toss all ingredients until well mixed. Serve immediately.
