Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Rinse strawberries and blueberries under cold water. Slice strawberries into halves or quarters.
  2. Blend sliced strawberries with 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup) and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pour strawberry puree into popsicle molds, filling each one-third full. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from freezer and spoon Greek yogurt over the strawberry layer; smooth gently to avoid mixing.
  5. Blend blueberries with remaining honey and lemon juice until smooth. Pour blueberry mixture over the yogurt layer.
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
