- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse strawberries and blueberries under cold water. Slice strawberries into halves or quarters.
- Blend sliced strawberries with 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup) and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour strawberry puree into popsicle molds, filling each one-third full. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and spoon Greek yogurt over the strawberry layer; smooth gently to avoid mixing.
- Blend blueberries with remaining honey and lemon juice until smooth. Pour blueberry mixture over the yogurt layer.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
