Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in shredded chicken and cooked fettuccine, tossing until well coated. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
