Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Mix in shredded chicken and cooked fettuccine, tossing until well coated. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
