- 2 cups enchilada sauce (store-bought)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned; drain excess grease. Stir in cumin and chili powder.
- Warm tortillas briefly to make them pliable. Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
