  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter (for toasting)

Instructions

  1. Slice ribeye steak thinly against the grain for tenderness.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until tender (about 10 minutes).
  3. Push veggies aside and add sliced steak, cooking until browned (5-7 minutes).
