Instructions

  1. Shuck the corn, removing husks and silk, and rinse under cool water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter until bubbly. Add the corn and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  3. Drizzle honey and sprinkle salt over the cooked corn; stir well to coat evenly.
  4. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and stir until melted and combined.
