- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or stevia
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Press crust: Combine almond flour, melted butter, and maple syrup; press into 8-inch springform pan.
