- 1.5 cups shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
Instructions

- Add Sauce & Cheese: Pour cream sauce over potatoes and sprinkle with Gruyère. Repeat for 3 layers, finishing with remaining Gruyère and Parmesan on top.

- Bake, Rest & Serve: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbling. Rest 15 minutes, garnish with thyme, and enjoy!
