  • 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 6 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 medium Roma tomato, diced
  • 3 green onions (scallions), thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Sear Chicken: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
