  • 1 pound ground beef or chicken
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions
