- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons dark rum (or spiced rum / apple cider)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Salted caramel sauce and chantilly whipped cream (for serving)
Instructions
