- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Season & Sear Tenders: Pat tenders dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear tenders for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown (165°F).

- Melt Garlic Butter: Reduce heat to medium-low. Add remaining 3 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant and foamy.
