  • 1 lb Sirloin or Ribeye steak
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika (smoked or sweet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast potatoes for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic; stir quickly until fragrant.
  5. Combine roasted potatoes with steak in the skillet; gently mix to coat with garlic butter sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
