  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the Yukon Gold potatoes. Cut them into uniform wedges or chunks.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
