Ingredients

  • Fresh Avocado
  • Green Goddess Dressing
  • Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice sourdough bread thickly and ripe avocado thinly.
  2. Butter one side of each slice and spread green goddess dressing on the unbuttered side.
  3. Layer sliced avocado and shredded cheddar on top of the dressing.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, place one slice (dressing side up) on the skillet, and cover with another slice (buttered side out).
  5. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
