Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp mustard (or to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Cooking oil for grilling

  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of cooking oil.
  3. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Add cheese during the last minute of cooking.
  4. Toast slider buns lightly while cooking patties.
  5. Assemble sliders by layering lettuce, tomato, pickles, and cheese-topped patties on each bun. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard before topping with the other half of the bun.
