  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes (plus extra for topping)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Mix in the unsalted butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  3. Fold in two-thirds of the crushed candy canes, creating festive swirls.
  4. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  5. Sprinkle remaining crushed candy canes on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Once firm, lift the fudge out using parchment paper and cut into squares.
