  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/3 cup hot honey
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let cool slightly before shredding.
  3. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and sliced jalapeños for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with sautéed veggies and hot honey.
  5. On a heated pan, layer one tortilla with cheese, the chicken mixture, more cheese, and top with another tortilla.
