- 1 3/4 cups warm water (105°F)
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened and dolloped
- 2–3 fresh jalapeños, sliced into rings
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 tbsp flaky sea salt (Maldon)
Instructions
- Proof dough: Mix flour, yeast, water, salt, olive oil. Rise until doubled, then spread into an oiled 9×13 pan and proof 45 min.

- Dimple: Drizzle with olive oil and press fingertips deeply into dough to make dimples.

- Top: Press cream cheese dollops, jalapeño rings, bacon, and cheddar into the dimples; sprinkle flaky salt.

- Bake: 425°F for 22-26 min until deeply golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Slice into squares.
