  • 12 oz wide egg noodles
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil water in a large pot and cook the egg noodles until al dente (6-8 minutes). Drain well.
  3. In a bowl, melt the butter until bubbling.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles with cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir gently until mixed.
