  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 cup sweet Marsala wine
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping the garlic and parsley.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and orzo; stir until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in chicken broth and Marsala wine.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, add heavy cream, and simmer until orzo is tender (approximately 10 minutes).
